Another packed DeltaTalk Radio broadcast on Thursday, June 2, the first day of the 2011 Elvis Festival. 33 Elvises floating around, each one vying for the top spot as Tribute Artist. Where else but Tupelo, Mississippi, huh?  (okay…Memphis works, too). Brandon Bennett and Cody Slaughter — two of those hopefuls — joined me on the air, along with Daphene Hendricks from the Tupelo Elvis Festival office.

Will Kollmeyer and Mande Miller joined me from Itawamba Community College with some timely summertime (feels like, anyway…) tips for adult learners.

And Mike Pittman, Tupelo’s Mr. Coffee, joined me live in studio. He’s created a coffee company over the last couple of years to help in his ministry efforts. We sampled it during our segment.
